Easy Taxi, a Cabify app app good for

I used to order taxi using the App and they never failed me..

Nowadays, it is important confidence and opportunity to deal with good persons. Easy taxi gets this between passengers and drivers.

Used on Brazil and have no complaints. Fast service and easy to use.

This is very useful app. Service us quick and convenient. Would help a lot if one could text the driver freely instead of the predetermined mesages.

Good to see the app getting better and better with every version

I was calling various taxi companies for about 20 minutes, and couldnt get a cab. I had just seen this app the day before, and decided to download it and give it a try. 5 minutes later, I had a confirmed taxi booking! Was able to track the cabs progress (even when he made a wrong turn to get to me), Two thumbs up, and 5/5 stars!

Some bad moments

Use Uber or Careem, easy taxis app is full of typos and errors. The drivers cars are ruined and crashed. They dont wear seat belts. Always late. One of them canceled on me while they were on the way. Only advantage is its cheaper than Uber by 1-3 Riyals

Pleaseeeee, correct the OLD bug that cause the deleting of profile user PIC every time you update the app!!! Every time an update every time again picture profile erased!!!! Program better!!!!!!!

For many times the App send drivers to wrong adresses. Sometimes you three tentatives to get cab.

I got and update notification or easy taxi and i updated it Its now stuck on waiting only to find out that it doesnt work on ios 7 anymore , why did u even make me update it

Reason I wanted to register with Easy Taxi is to use my credit cards here in Malaysia. Apparently, it is not possible to register any of my cards as it says card details dont match. Double-checked all of them. When you click on App support it links you to comments but no help. Further to that, they use your email address to send you unwanted spam.
